it's so easy to get ourselves wrapped up into the "seriousness" of life, and sometimes we may find ourselves gripping and trying to control the outcome - but forcing inhibits the flow. i drew these cosmic grooving friends as a little reminder to ourselves that:
we are all just a part of a universal dance
that, in the most loving way possible, it's just not that serious
that levity is always an option
that as we release the need to control the outcome, the more we can be present and flow with all that life has to offer in the right now, because the right now is all we really have.

i extend an invitation to the world to be playful and dance a little bit more, because, in my humble opinion, what a beautiful way of engaging with being human.
